      Small company, easy work, if you know what your doing!

      Cons

      Focus on irrelevant things, post jobs of employees while the positions are not available! No loyalty to employees and a very high turn over rate.

      Pros

      It's a young company who is putting together a workforce that sometimes makes mistakes. But, everyone is eager to correct mistakes and become better. There's total buy in at all levels for making each community great. These guys are also obsessed about improving the neighborhood (even for those citizens who don't live in our buildings).

      Cons

      We get lots of reviews from residents complaining about a mistake we made. It's heart breaking to relive these experiences with my manager and the brass. But, it's also nice to know they care enough about resident experiences to engage me on it.

      You're not micromanaged and you can take more time off during slow season

      Cons

      Don't feel valued as an employee, treated as you are replaceable... Management two faced and hypocritical, they ask for feedback but they don't want it
