      Pros

      You can make good money with commission if you are proactive. The environment is fun and carefree in the workplace.

      Cons

      You work weekends and holidays. To be good at the job, you also have to bring work home with you and answer emails on your off days.

      Pros

      Plenty of properties to cater to all budgets and styles. High income potential due to commission structure. Friendly work environment. Upper management is very supportive.

      Cons

      Definite lack of initial training which prohibits growth and efficiency. You have to push yourself if you want to be successful.

      Great place to get your feet wet in the Real Estate World.

      Lack of communication on some teams however I believe it's improving.
