Cons
All upper management team members are WHITE and all lower level employees are BLACK or HISPANIC. No shock it’s run like a plantation. This is the only company where staff gets eviction notices and still have jobs. Perhaps intentionally underpaying staff to meet the expectations of investors or rising property taxes in Cook County is a strong factor. Additionally, there is a breakdown in communication between resident services and maintenance. There were several pest control complaints that never got resolved partly due to the management team. The same underperforming contractor that provided low quality care lead to rodent and roach infestations in several properties.
