      Pros

      You can make good money with commission if you are proactive. The environment is fun and carefree in the workplace.

      Cons

      You work weekends and holidays. To be good at the job, you also have to bring work home with you and answer emails on your off days.

      The (few) good co-workers that actually care about the quality of work they do.

      Cons

      Lots of employee overturn. Bait and switch when it comes to offering you a job/salary. Too many chiefs, not enough actual workers. Unsafe working conditions.

      We are excited to witness MAC's footprint in KC grow so significantly over the years! As a result of our growth, we have hired new team members and added to our staff. We've also enhanced the management in the Maintenance Department with two hands-on and experienced supervisors who are responsible for overseeing the East and West zones.

      Pros

      A lunch break so you get to leave for an hour.

      Cons

      They have no clue how to run a business. There is no customer service at all. I feel bad for the residents that live at their properties. The push you everyday you're at work in a negative way until you hate your job. Unfortunately the company that I worked for was bought out by these demons and there was nothing I could do but pretend I liked everyone for the residents sake.
