The pay is horrible and disrespectful at the same time. They expect leasing agents to work like slaves for $15 per hr and skilled employees with years of management experience are only offered $17 an hr. They are also undercover ageist...they go out of the way to hire individuals younger than 22 so they can use that as an excuse to not pay a qualified well experienced applicant what they are worth. Management is a joke. My experience here was the worst I've ever had . I reported to someone who lacked professionalism and knew nothing about leading one person let alone a team. I had a teammate that supposedly underperformed during the pandemic and this particular manager actually soft bullied this person into applying for another lower level position. She claimed that she didn't want to fire this person but if they didn't find another position they'd have to quit. I was appalled when I found out that HR supported this incompetent manager and at that point I knew I had to find better employment asap. Strangely enough this manager who was very much intimidated by my knowledge and experience found out my plan to leave so she devised a scheme to get rid of me by creating and spreading lies about my work performance. I could go on and on with my list of cons but it would take forever. My advice to anyone that's mature, skilled, experienced and who knows their worth is to steer clear of this company.
