Pros

Recently transformed the culture of the company into team-oriented approach. The people working at MacPractice are great people from top to bottom; they make working there very enjoyable.

Cons

Not a lot to say other than pay, benefits and workplace environment are all industry standard if not slightly below.

Pros

Great place to learn the medical, dental, and software industry. You will be intimately involved with each office's needs and goals, and how to make those fit within the MacPractice world.

Cons

Limits in the software compared to some competitors, but they make up for it compared to others (I had to put a con for the review to take).

Support is a great place to get your feet wet. The support aspect of what MacPractice does gives you a lot of opportunities to develop, grow and learn about both the industry of health care and IT.

Cons

The software development side of what MacPractice does feels like it's in it's infancy most of the time. There is a lot that can be improved on when it comes to how MacPractice develops software.
