4yI am very sorry to hear about your experience, it is disappointing to hear that our intentions and efforts to create a truly inclusive environment are not being felt.
Since launching our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy last year, we have made great progress, but we know that there is still more work to be done. Our latest Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap report has helped to paint a more accurate picture of the diversity of Mace, providing us with areas of focus to continue to make positive change. Our goal is to continue to create an environment where all colleagues feel truly supported and comfortable to bring their whole selves to work, as well as for this inclusivity to be reflected in our diversity data.
