      There are good opportunities if you look for them and are able to influence the right people. Work culture is good when you are dealing with fellow Mace people. Training opportunities are endless so you can up skill yourself

      Cons

      HR team is slow. Very difficult to break the mold and stand out. The bigger the company gets, the harder it is to not been seen as a number by HR unless you actively do something about it
