Pros

They have an incredibly intelligent team of executives. Very progressive and fun group of people working there. Great product with great potential, but it is not there yet.

Cons

While they have a highly skilled and incredible team with great minds, they continue to make poor decisions to the detriment of the company. They have continued to promote from within, but have also let go of people who held tremendous value. Salary was less than I had made in years. The CEO specifically is very regimented and opinionated, making him very hard to work with. If you are in Sales, and want huge growth opportunities, I would look elsewhere.,

MachineMetrics has an amazing culture. Everyone takes their jobs seriously but it's a really relaxed environment.

Cons

Salaries and benefits aren't very competitive.

Pros

MachineMetrics has an amazing team. Everyone is smart, passionate, and genuinely TRULY care for each other. There's a culture of learning and continuous improvement that aligns with our customers, bridging who we are and what we do. Pay is competitive and the benefits are great. Promotion from within is not only common, but encouraged. Though there are two offices in Northampton and Boston, MA, we have a full flex work policy, meaning that all employees can work 100% from home, or mix visiting the offices.

Cons

The company is small (not a con!) but has some areas of opportunity in continuing to grow a more-diverse team. As we continue to scale, we'll need to focus on staying the course on our goals.
