      Changes have ruined my perspective of this company

      All the changes that keep happening every week has been stressing my colleagues and I so much. Our income has been slashed the potential to move up or to a different department has been impossible. Many supervisors that had been in that role for years were demoted. We get paid less but the work load is exhausting the quality has took a HUGE hit. Many carriers and attorneys have been threatening to stop working with us because of the customer service not because it’s our fault but because the files keep going to other analyst names in a span of 5 months. It’s a sad situation I really wanted to retire here I loved this company and I had so much motivation to kill it and make them so much money. The motivation is gone I unfortunately do the bare minimum because the pay doesn’t change no matter what. Shame on upper management for doing this to us we have a families! I keep hearing rumors that they are trying to make this company all nice and tech savvy to resell so just be careful applying with high expectations.

      Great company and getting better

      Pros

      Great mission — using tech to fix big problems in healthcare. Super smart team that’s collaborative and down-to-earth. Remote-first with lots of flexibility and trust. Leadership is transparent and keeps us aligned. Clear focus on people, wellness, and performance.

      Cons

      Still building out some systems post-merger. Lots of change — not ideal if you prefer predictability.

      Strong Culture and Values Carrying Through a Transition

      Pros

      One of the biggest strengths of this company is its employee culture. As we navigate the merging of organizations there continues to be a genuine value of collaboration, inclusion, and integrity—those aren’t just buzzwords here. People are approachable, and there’s a real sense of community in most departments. As the company moves through a merger, there’s been understandable uncertainty, but the core culture has remained steady. Leadership has made a clear effort to preserve the values that define our organization, and that’s made the transition easier to navigate. Employee benefits have already been positively changed. Lower deductible, paid parental leave, and mention of 401k match change review. Overall, while it’s a time of change, it’s also a place where strong values and a people-first mindset still guide the experience.

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains, especially in the fall and early 2025, changes in reporting lines, shifting priorities, and new systems- but communication has been relatively transparent, and feedback is encouraged. Communication is lacking in some areas of change, but what is provided is good.
