The potential prize is reinventing the service industry like Amazon reinvented retail, or Google & Facebook reinvented media & information. The leadership team is strategic and thoughtful. Both visionary and well-executing. Sales, business-strategy, engineering back-end, front-end, data-scientists and subject experts are all working with synergy and great efficiency together. The company is unusually diverse: young & old, women & men, from different origins & geographic locations. The machine that machinifies the world is well built. The company is moving forward towards achieving its potential faster than anywhere else I have worked before.
Cons
As a small startup, the company can't yet offer the same benefits a cash-rich established companies. Fortunately, this is expected to improve with time.
