      Kind of a wild ride, but company seems to be taking care of people with benefits and pay getting better. Tech team is strong and encouraged to use all the new technologies. Opportunities to step up and take on more if you are delivering.

      Cons

      All the integration can be exhausting. Tight timelines, aggressive goals.

      working remote is pretty much the only good thing here

      Cons

      No promotions, starting to implement micro-managing with the merger, terrible benefit package which makes 0 sense considering the clients are insurance companies. Will promise you career advancement and make excuses every time you get evaluated.
