Pros
Great team, flexible scheduling, and an overall chill, supportive environment. The setup is highly productive, and you’re given meaningful tasks that help you grow your skills.
Cons
The wage is lower than what other employers offer for similar roles. Interns often end up doing full analyst-level work. There was also a lack of communication about the internship’s end date or any consideration for full-time opportunities. I was informed on the same day that it was my last day, leaving no time to secure another position.
