they are very aware of the need for work/life balance and were very supportive when my husband was sick. I felt like I was fairly paid and treated well by management.

Cons

It is very difficult to get the supplies needed to repair the units and tough to get feedback on odd issues due to the short schedule that they work,

Pros

Flexible schedules are one of the pros. And you will develop a relationship with your tenants you never imagined possible.

Cons

Long, unpaid hours, no training whatsoever, upper management wouldn't have answers to the questions I would ask. Instead, I would be told to ask someone else. The staff is teenage girl kind of petty, talking about each other behind the other ones back, getting yelled at by my direct superior

Great people. Awsome job. Learn new things on a daily basis.

Cons

Too much drama between employees. Upper Management was never about the people only the company. Pay was not compatible with the area.
