Pros

Good place to work with other knowledgeable people. Coworker make for a good experience. Benefits were also good and often exceed other employers.

Cons

International conference calls late in the evening for the time change were not pleasant. Need additional community involvement and relations often times there is no community involvement in international countries.

Pros

1. Work-life balance. When busy time, you normally work to 11:00pm - 12:00am. It is far better than other investment banks. 2. You get to develop your skills and meet client at the very first day.

Cons

1. It is not a first tier investment bank. So your working experience will not be highly appreciated 2. Mid management team is not capable. Thus, you could not get clear guidance.
