Pros

Overall there is a pretty decent company culture with efforts in D&I and colleague support. In the executive development program there is a very strong focus on your development and the company genuinely does want to see you grow. You are provided with mentorship through the entire program. You will be able to work on a lot of different projects throughout the store and get a wide range of experience in store management and operations. The program experience is strongly dependent on your store location, size, and management- I personally really liked the teams that I worked with. Company offer health benefits, 401k, PTO, etc. The discount is 20% which can be used on top of any sales and discounts.

Cons

If you do not enjoy working in a retail environment you will not enjoy this job. The workload is can be heavy and can be strongly impacted by staffing and support throughout the store. There is always something to work on with no downtime in the job. You will work very early, late, weekends and holidays. You are on your feet for the majority of the day as well.
