Pros

This old department store, originally the May Co., has a sort of comfort food type of feeling to it. It hasn't changed very much over the previous thirty to forty years since I'd come here with my mom…

Cons

holiday season it gets really hectic with crowds. big corporation so employees might feel under appreciated. hard to get promoted.

Pros

Not many anymore. Since BONlife was eliminated, it has been very unfriendly to it's employees.

Cons

Pay, benefits, constant store visits from unfriendly and unpleasant senior management, blame the stores for company problems.
