Pros

Great teams that truly do care. Room for advancement Large company Fair compensation

Cons

Long hours. I have 10 stores I deal with and based on what's asked of me I'm supposed to be hands on well in stores. This gives no time to accomplish other projects that have deadlines. On average I work 90 hours to get it done. What we are accounted for is very blurred because they change almost weekly. Since the merger it seems as if they can't get a handle on their RDOS team(in charge of on average 160 stores). No recognition at my level No work balance Pay based on hours worked is only half of what it should be

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, pay for mgmt is competitive

Cons

High pressure with zero input that could help company produce even better sales results. Dictatorship--follow orders as almost every minute of everyday is mapped out for you. 0 creativity which is unfortunate as their are so many great leaders working for the company. Pay for associates is not competitive and hinders the quality for professional salesmanship.
