Pros

I've worked with some of the nicest people I've ever met. The store is beautiful and everyone works together to keep it that way!

Cons

Since the 'scorecard' was created, all you are is a number to management. They assume that if you're sales aren't to par, it's because you don't do your job. Nothing besides sales and loyalty matter. Your weekly performance is publicly displayed for all associates to see how you rank against others. Problems are brought to management's attention, but no actions are taken to correct said problems. Associates at some locations fight over customers because they need to make their sales quota so they aren't reprimanded by management. You have to literally stalk your customers so that they don't get snatched up by another associate! The 'teams win' motto is nothing but a motto. Raises are a joke and are not adequate.
