Pros

Friendly staff, most changes are communicated fairly well. Job is pretty easy and stress free work wise.

Cons

Pay is somewhat lower than competing stores. Some of the executives don't seem to know what they are doing.

Pros

Get to see some good looking hunks. However, this being in SF, you can't always be sure which team they're playing for. Easy way to follow the fashion trend since it's all around you.

Cons

Management definitely want to pay as little as they can and will outsource the jobs if they can. This leads to a mentality of treating the floor employees as barely human and only those desperate enough to work there will take the job and willing to be treated as slaves.

Pros

My own manager was great but the rest were incompetent and rude. I worked there for four years and people who just started were making more money than me. It is a frustrating place to work but it is low stress as far as sales go.

Cons

Low pay is the number one reason not to work here. Also sometimes the other sales associates can be very catty and steal sales.
