Pros

Great work/life balance (45 hour workweek and 1 full hour for lunch), great work-week flexibility if you are raising a family. Warm/amiable atmosphere, good lateral mobility within company.

Cons

weak compensation, salary increases largely tied to group & company perfomance and not individual performance/growth. So-so benefits.

Great career paths and options. Company offered a lot of right opportunities to the right people. Diverse employee base, great vacation policy. Good involvement with the community

Cons

More product and merchandise driven. Not much creative freedom for designers

Pros

Fun and creative atmosphere, great "display" experience.

Cons

The management was terrible! They were moody, immature and on more than one occasion, made associates literally cry. Communication was lacking. Would've been a fun job had I not been walking on egg shells the entire time. I basically tucked my head down, did my job every day and then got the hell out! The pay is also TERRIBLE. I was a college graduate barely making over $10.00.
