Pros

The flexibility is great if you are going to school or have kids.

Cons

There is a lot of trouble with communicating with management. There is also trouble with being scheduled enough hours.

Pros

Decent pay check for a part time job if you can make your sales. You get commission for each sale only if you ring up your customer.

Cons

9 hour shifts on your feet the entire time are exhausting, get good shoes.
