Pros

Opportunities for growth are abundant. With the new structure, there are many positions available, especially if you are mobile.

Cons

With all of the changes, there are still some very grey areas. Many leaders have conflicting ideas of what the 'right' thing to do is, depending on the situation. Most times, the answer is whatever the senior person in the discussion says. Too many people have their hands in on every decision, which makes things take much longer than they should. This is all a part of the company trying to invlove all areas of the business in all decisions. Unfortunatly, sales suffer when we work so slowly.
