Pros

The schedule flexibility is nice. You can pick weather you want to work a 4 or 5 day week as a full time employee, which most retailers don't offer. You also have a 9 minute tardy window, another added benefit.

Cons

The communication between upper management leaves much to be desired. It's actually down right horrible. I was asked to start right away and then not given a full schedule until my 3rd week of employment, as was the case with two other employees I work with. We had to ask several times before the problem was solved.
