Pros
Started working there recently and everyone is friendly. The more senior people in my department are very willing to help you through a question/problem.
Cons
Ask what you think would be just a general question of office support personnel and you don't get an answer. Pay is low but then you don't have to have too many skills to work there either. Training appeared to be almost haphazard without any consistent steps except to do prelim paperwork, train on pc....then you get thrown onto the floor. Another new employee had never closed and was on the schedule alone to close.
