Pros

Good pay, especially if you work during the holiday season. Simple tasks. Easy to get away with not doing anything, if you're into that.

Cons

Lower-level employees are given no respect from those in "higher" positions. The atmosphere is that of a high school cafeteria.

Pros

Same schedule every week Opportunity to get customer service experience Enjoyed the people I worked with

Cons

The Home Store which I worked at was in a different location than the main store. There was very little attention paid to it and seemed like all upper management cared about was the main store. Also, training is a joke and not very helpful it is very hard to make commission (expect for holiday season) and this was not explained well during the job offer.
