Pros

I was able to see when things were going to go on sale and was able to put clothes on hold.

Cons

It was a huge downer. They work you like dogs and pay you minimum wage. You will always be understaffed and have to work multiple jobs (fitting room, cashier, clean up).

Pros

The people are all very young and fun. It's a youthful place to work and it's energetic. The work is not demanding and you get a lot of vacation time.

Cons

The work is very repetitive and the company is very bureaucratic. It is hard to get new ideas accepted and implemented.

Pros

The hours are flexible, you can easily switch/pick up shifts if needed. You receive incentives for certain job duties performed.

Cons

Poor communtication between managers and sales associates. Rules are constantly changing and you may never know and be terminated.
