Pros

Working in the shoe department, you make commission which is nice during the holidays. Management is pretty respectful and they never seem to have a bad attitude. You're always busy, so the days go by pretty fast. You also are encouraged to give feedback to coworkers and customers are encouraged to review associates (online) so you are praised directly from your peers and your customers. Pretty flexible in scheduling.

Cons

Commissioned sales can be bad for relationships among coworkers (it gets competitive) and if you don't make enough $ in sales to earn commission, the base pay isn't much. You're pushed to get customers to open credit cards and they'll call you out if you don't make goal.

Pros

Some respect depending on certain managers. Flexible with schedule especially if you are a student. Give you time if you are doing finals/midterms.

Cons

Hourly pay is horrible. I worked for five hrs one day and made only $ 30.00. Managament is inconsistent and too lenient with customers. Severly dislike this place.
