Pros

Flexible schedule that is really about it Macy's doesn't pay enough for it to be a job where you can live on your own but the schedule is probably the best I've seen

Cons

They would overwork the hard workers while letting everyone else get away with murder. It's hard to get excited about a job that doesn't seem to value you. Lots of situations where it was obvious that there were favourites

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, they train you

Cons

Prepare to drink the cool-aide. Not sure there is enough to room here: The people, HR is terrible, terrible bosses, the hours expected, the work is mind numbingly awful, the offices are depressing, not enough to people working on a team, everyone who stays is very type A. HR will gossip about you if you come to them with an issue. Lots and lots of divas.

Pros

Cons

Everything, Complex business model, Work structure is terrible, you will see people squeezed in, God bless contractors they might get a desk next to restroom or path way, no meeting rooms people will be shouting around your desk
