Pros

nice people, high investment in training, high focus on diversity and inclusion. Nice to see a company acting progressive in this aspect. A lot of longevity in staff....although longevity in staff can also be a negative and cause a company to lose it's creative edge. Job security - a lot of positions open (although this may be because of turnover in 'new' staff)

Cons

no flex time, no telecommuting, no 401k for a year, no insurance for 6 mos, no bonus, no stock option, extreme process controls with much duplication in practices leading to inefficiency in managing projects

Pros

Great work-life balance. Low expectation of performance. You will be measured against people who have only worked at MST and they are not exactly setting the tech world on fire. Good vision and brilliant CEO

Cons

My management proved a willingness to lie instead of admitting to making a mistake. Very petty people. Many of your resources will be looking for a quiet cube to retire in. The process is all important and the only justification you will hear for it is audit purposes. Management and Leadership You will spend an enormous amount of time copying and pasting because they have massive duplication in their process with little or no automation. Top level leadership is insulated from the nut house that is the systems group. C-Level leadership should go to John's Creek and clean house.

Pros

discount, discount, discount, discount that's it!

Cons

First, the sales "associates" or ringers are obsessed with making their goals, thus they stab each other in the back repeatedly. Unprofessional environment. Shoe sales associates, especially the men, are the biggest "creeps", greasily looking weirdos I've ever been around. The managers fall closely behind, except for maybe one or two.
