One thing favorable about working with the Macy's is the company reputation. Most people love Macy's and the brands they carry.
Cons
Macy's is not very benevolent to its employees as other department stores. They hardly hire or retain full time employees and don't offer employees much in the way of benefits or opportunities to be promoted. A former manager of the store once told me that if I knew what was good for me I'd finish school and cut ties with the company. He called it a career killer. It's only a JOB.
