Location is good with respect to places to step out and have lunch Location attracts lots of employees from the surrounding neighborhood areas Ample parking

Technology and Systems : old; newer technology in some areas but still progressing very slowly Building Infrastructure : old Processes : very old and slow; Offshore / onsite model with problems that have not yet been overcome Type of employment determines many aspects of work : Lots of discrimination between contractors and full time. This goes into seating, involvement, responsibilities and other treatment Employees : Mixed bag; older employees have a lot of apprehension regarding changing processes Management style : Command and control
