Pros

It's hard to give a pro to working here. The code I worked on was well-managed. If you're not a good engineer or perhaps you have been told you have a terrible personality, it's almost impossible to get fired. Believe me. I dealt with someone who I was afraid would retaliate and kill me. They're still there, and have since been promoted despite everyone knowing they can't perform and don't know what they're doing.

Cons

Everyday, someone was harassing, stalking, screaming/yelling, or insulting someone. I amongst 16 other people quit one SINGLE department in a matter of 2 months, including 4 people on my OWN team. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

Pros

Genuine people, family-like culture, and supportive people leaders. Great amount of PTO and a pretty competitive salary (but don't expect FAANG salary).

Cons

Disorganization makes it hard to get things done efficiently, inconsistency across the various teams, and health benefits are a bit expensive.
