Good People, but felt a little stuck.

Pros

I stayed for the people. The team I worked with got along well, and was often on the same page. Had a good relationship with upper management, and work/life balance was very flexible.

Cons

Tech stack was outdated, and there was a lot of technical debt often left unadressed. Often felt like we were at odds with the business teams requesting features, and with other teams.
