Pros

It's the premiere department store in America and is recognized around the world. Very fair paid time off days/weeks vs. other companies in the industry. Good dental, short/long term disability and life insurance packages. 401K/pension plans. Good company for career growth. The best retail CEO (TJL) in the business.

Cons

Not a healthy work/life balance when compared to other mid tier retailers. Awful health insurance package. No time for personal growth.
