Pros

Flexible hours, macys cash, and reasonable hours

Cons

Frequently called in to take on extra shifts, hours don't always align with availability put in system, point system for any days you have to call out- even for emergencies or when sick, which has caused reliable workers to be fired. Part time workers do not have benefits. Raises are very minimal.
