Pros

Decent pay, nice location. Pay is not balance out the amount of stress that is put on you and the lack of value you're actually given here. Appreciation is better left for the customers to give to you because you will never see it from anyone in management

Cons

Very nice to your face, not so nice when you've made the wrong person upset. Especially the ones downstairs
