Pros

Pay is on average higher than most companies. Tons of flexibility, opportunity to grow as a teacher, great atmosphere, fun environment to teach in and staff is friendly. Also, opportunities for pay raises for each contract renewal.

Cons

One bad review can lead to weeks of being locked out of your account and it disables you to earn money, hard to rank up with a pay raise as there are issues with small petty obstacles that have to be reached to rank up. Lastly, scheduling is hard to get booked as the booking rates are low, so you have to apply to be a standby teacher 98% of the time, which can be draining and stressful, as other teachers are racing on a first come first serve basis to receive the spot before you, so overall monthly paycheck fluctuates.
