      Perfect job for stay at home mom!

      Pros

      After desperately searching for a job that I could work from home while having a newborn baby, I stumbled upon Magic Ears. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! The hours are perfect so that I can teach before my baby even wakes up in the morning or at night after he's already gone to sleep. They have an excellent sick policy and are very understanding of emergencies. The pay is excellent for the job. I love their interactive platform and the fast paced nature of the classes. Don't hesitate to sign up with this company! They truly care about you as an employee.

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      The curriculum to teach is very fun and interactive. The schedule is very flexible. Working for ME is like joining a big family. Its very nice. The students are very fun to teach. I really like the training that is provided and that ME is always looking for ways to help us to grow and develop as a teacher. They reimburse you for the t-shirt cost. I also like being able to work from home and not worry about transportation to get to work. Its a wonderful company to work for.

      Cons

      The parents can sometimes give low ratings but ME reviews them and they have us in their best interest. I wish that there was another feedback process.

      Pros

      Magic Ears is a family friendly company! I never need to worry about losing my job if my daughter wakes up sick, or we have a family emergency. Magic Ears is so supportive and caring. Magic Ears also has a generous cancellation policy. Secondary positions are also a perk of working with Magic Ears. I have a few secondary positions that allow my to maximize my income outside of teaching hours. Magic Ears also offers a higher pay to teachers.

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints from my time with Magic Ears. There have been "bumps in the road" for me, as with any position. Magic Ears has worked diligently to resolve all of my concerns - many times going above and beyond my expectations. Magic Ears is always looking to improve and seeking input from teachers. No company is perfect, but Magic Ears is so happy to help teachers.
