      If you're an engineer considering working here, I would NOT recommend it. No work/life balance, working most weekends. Engineering management is very incompetent and quick to point the finger, not stand up for you. If your an engineer looking to advance your career, this is not the place for you. Look at the next job posting.

      Great benefits package . Training courses are highly recommended. Big on building people. Very family oriented. Magna will definitely teach you what you need to know.

      Cons

      Lack of resources. Expected to complete 4 individuals job as one person. No accountability. Very stiff on salary and raises. Loves to hire inexperienced individuals so that the salary base is entry level.
