Work 7 days a week. Work 7 days a week....... Really bad management. My boss would ask me a question, then walk away while I was answering it. Awesome. If the machine goes down, good luck getting it running good. We spent most of our nights trying to get them running. The supervisor had no knowledge and would always come over and complain. It was very frustrating.

Unprofessional management will yell at groups of people at a time if something does not go their way. Lots of micromanagement going on and a feel of walking on egg shells at all times. Salary employees are expected to work 10 or more hours per day and get paid for 8.
