Pros
Magna in Plymouth essentially has not a single positive point to make. General benefits, business cell phone (victim of circumstance) and lackluster HR team create the perfect storm.
Cons
Horrible communications throughout management, project engineers, program and Engineering staff. Micromanagement is rampant, upstairs work area is an attic, inept lower tier management, Huge turnover of intelligence flocking to better companies, collusion, dishonest HR, departments are isolated from each other due to intimidation, lack of transparency, poor Computer support, constant licensing problems due to management not giving support to engineering staff. This should be ample insight for anyone thinking of working here.
