They sure know how to feed their employees. When their are left over from client depositions. Flexible work schedule, Decent benefits and opportunities.

Cons

Magna upper management push employees and lower management to do too much. For the most part of my employment I felt like I was working for 3 of 4 people. This allow room for errors to happen and employee exhaustion. The morale really is on a decline at Magna.
