Pros

Worked at R&D location for 6 years. Great group of people to work with. Real family atmosphere. Branch management was on hand and responsive. Immediate PTO and benefits. Flexible schedule and good pay with room to grow and learn.

Cons

New ownership has the company in a bit of rebuild and restructure period which has disrupted the direction of the company and left employees questioning the future.

Cons

They interview you for 1 job, but offer you a much lower job. Then they tend to ignore skills of the workers, and keep them in 1 job.
