Let me begin by saying Joe V is not CEO anymore and he was the best. I was there for almost 15 years and never was invited to the big gala event every year so they play favorites. Stressful. Employees have no respect and fights break out frequently. No room for growth although you do more work. My new supervisor micromanaged and when he had low self-esteem days, he'd belittle me so I had to get out of there. The environment is sexist and men say the worst things to you. The place is filthy with spiders and cracks in walls, and ceilings. Sales dept constantly sold things for less money than it cost to make them.
