Pros
PrO provides a good service to its clients. I believed in what they offer to the clients but they treat their employees like crap.
Cons
Senior Mgmt does not listen to the employees. You will be promoted if you're a brown noser. They look for people who can form to their mold. If you don't you will be "laid off," fired or never promoted. One of the senior managers tell employees that she rates everyone average in performance evaluations. They had an opportunity to be something really good. Employees were reprimanded for having an opinion. They promoted people based on how well they said "yes" to upper management, not based on performance.
