Cons

Upper Management only care about numbers not their people. 0 job security. Not a good company to work for if you have small children or plan on becoming a parent in the near future. If you have experience and connections in the industry i would look elsewhere for employment. You are constantly being berated for something that is totally out of your control with no understand of your territories unique challenges. Will hire you for your experience and once you bring over your connections/account they will terminate you without warning.

Awesome admin staff and safety personnel. Rigorous safety regulations.

Cons

Lack of proper ventillation/air-makeup: Constant silica and chrome dust in the air & everywhere. Most who leave for health reasons leave because they've contracted a serious lung disease (which the company will fight against in court tooth & nail]. Maintenance department: bosses are nice but the coworkers don't give a rats-behind about anything other than going home or going on break most of the time. Unless they get to show off, you're on your own; and you won't learn anything about this conveyor-driven nightmare you've signed up for.

None. HR will lie to you to try to get you to volunteer information so that hopefully they can build a case to fire you.

Cons

Hearsay, is all HR uses to determine whether to keep an employee. If they can’t find cause, they’ll fire without cause and won’t even tell you why. You don’t even get to know you ever did anything wrong. They even do it semi- politely with a smile on their face.
