      Pros

      Growing company, superb environment. Top 3 companies I have worked for. Good salary. Good training, culturally diverse, and just effective.

      Cons

      It is a growing company, so when someone leaves, the knowledge transfer sometimes does not happen, but they are doubling/triole each role to prevent this, so it is not really a con.
