      Pros

      An inclusive place to work, has different events (T-Shirt Fridays, food trucks, free ice cream, birdhouse competitions, etc.) to keep up morale during the year, a teaching hospital, always has new opportunities.

      Cons

      Slight understaffing, but other than that no complaints

      Where administration doesn't know your name

      Free parking. Decent coworkers. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Lankenau radiology used to be managed by people who cared about their staff. They knew everyone by name, asked about your family, and had your back when it came to pay increases and job shifts. Not anymore. Administrators stay in their offices and refuse to address current issues of work/family life balance.
