      Mostly the same experience as working in other area hospitals but with a pay cut

      Free parking Decent benefits No city wage tax Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      They state that they know their salaries are below the market value, but every time they do a "re-evaluation", we still somehow end up about 10% below the market value Just like any other hospital in the area, often understaffed. They recently got rid of critical bonus for most units
